I've stayed here before and will stay again. Stubel is clean, comfortable, and has exceptionally friendly and personal staff. As a solo woman, this was an excellent place to arrive at 4am after a delayed flight. There is a guard always outside, and an attentive 24 hour front desk. I had messaged about my arrival time and they immediately noticed the taxi outside and like were ready for me. This felt both safe and welcoming. This is also a safe area of town in general. Good breakfast with a spectacular view. Highly recommended!

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and very helpful, from the front desk to the dining room to housekeeping. The views from the hotel are great. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast each morning was delicious! The hotel is located in a very interesting neighborhood with many cafes and restaurants nearby.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. The view when the clouds clear is amazing. The bar/restaurant was a bit lacking. There was no red wine and my meal whilst good was not as described on the menu. The breakfast was OK but could have been better.

We were told a continental breakfast was available, we were expecting self-service with limited choices but were pleasantly surprised with a full service breakfast of coffee, juice, fruits, eggs and biscuits.

Excellent view from the room - this was a real treat. The staff was always nice and helpful, they even helped out with a Type-C adaptor which we forgot. Bed is very comfortable. Room is spacious and spotless.

I arrived much earlier than the check in time, and was offered a room that was available but that if I waited, I could have a room with the view. I choose to wait, and it was worth it - the view is spectacular! The room was excellent, had everything you could want, especially for the price. Personally, the location was good for me, because it was in the area I wanted to be in, but it is quite far from some of the main tourist sites if that is what you are interested in.

The hotel team is very helpful. They checked us in much earlier as we arrived after a night flight to Quito. The driver they sent to pick us from airport, Pedro, was of great solution for the next days trips. The breakfast is very good consisted of various dishes. Not unlimited but decent and sufficient. The view from hotel is amazing as they are located on top of a green valley. A few min walk we found Lucia restaurant which became our dinner daily place and nearby the french patisserie..wow...also a small minimarket for buying their great local fruits. Beds were very good. Spacious room.

Nice location, a very nice view from the restaurant, and the rooms that have a view on the valley. Very friendly personnel and very good service. Restaurant is very pleasant, and food is good.

This is my favorite place to stay in Quito. I have stayed at Stubel with my family many times over the years, and the service is always impeccable. They have a great restaurant with a beautiful view of the valley, a complete breakfast is included in the price, and the location is right off of Gonzalez Suarez which is a safe area. Thank you for always taking great care of us!
